At 40 I have never been in better shape. I have maintained a body fat percentage of 7 or less for the past 5 years. I’m passionate about exercising and lifting injury free. I have never been more fit and healthy! I am infatuated with fitness and nutrition. I have been training people in their homes, virtually and in gyms for many years.
One who is working out already, with goals, and experience. Who gets back up, and keeps pushing forward when it’s tough and inconvenient. Who understands what fitness and a diet can do. Who wants that ‘next’ level.
There are no shortcuts to being the best version of you. If you want something bad enough, it’s yours. You just have to put in the time. Pour a cup of ambition, dust off that old self-discipline and take care of business until you achieve your goal. Stop sleeping and wake up to the reality of it. Take action! And for god’s sake stop setting your own limitations.
